Max Planck Diet Overview

This diet involves metabolism changes and creates an energy field that prevents fat storage. What is absolutely prohibited in the diet: do not drink any alcohol (beer, wine). It features what you can lost up to 20 pounds in two weeks.

Important for max planck diet:
- Drink at least 2 liters of fluid a day (tea with lemon and coffee without sugar, low-concentrated mineral water, soft drinks and carbonated soda excluded)

If you follow this diet will be a slim women, but full of energy.

Max Planck Diet Plan

MONDAY

Morning coffee (no sugar or milk) and nothing else

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs and spinach (with a little salt) – as you like (no bread)

Evening: a barbecue of beef with lettuce and celery – as you like (no bread)

TUESDAY

Morning coffee (no sugar or milk) and nothing else

Lunch: 1 grilled (large) beef with salad greens and fruits – (no bread)

Dinner: ham – as you like (no bread)

WEDNESDAY

Morning coffee (no sugar or milk) 50 grams. intermediate bread

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs with lettuce and tomatoes – as you like (no bread)

Dinner: ham and lettuce – as you like (without bread)

THURSDAY

Morning coffee (no sugar or milk) 50 g bread

Lunch: 1 egg + carrots cooked (or raw) + Schwitezer – as you like (no bread)

Dinner: fruit yogurt – as you like(no bread)

FRIDAY

Morning coffee (without milk or sugar) + raw carrots, grated lemon and nothing else

Lunch: boiled fish + tomatoes – as you like (no bread)

Dinner: 1 grilled beef + lettuce – as you like (without bread)

SATURDAY

Morning coffee without milk or sugar and 50 gr. intermediate bread

Lunch: Grilled chicken – as you like (no bread)

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, carrots as you like (without bread)

Sunday

Morning tea with lemon and nothing else

Lunch: 1 grilled beef + fruits – (no bread)

Evening: any and whatever you want (favorite food)

(Not alcohol or sweets)

MONDAY diet is resumed for another week
